An estate sale is a sale of the personal possessions of an individual or family. Estate sales usually occur after a death, divorce, or downsizing and typically include items such as furniture, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, and household items.


Our Ten Step Process To Success!


  • Step one- Reach out to us via a phone call or online chat.
  • Step two-We will schedule a free in home consultation with our professional liquidator.
  • Step three-Our liquidator will assess your needs, evaluate the sale items, explain how our process works, and go over our sales agreement with you.
  • Step four-After the sales agreement is signed, we will then stage the home and start pricing items to ensure that you are receiving fair market value. We do our research on collectibles, antiques, jewelry, etc.
  • Step five-The sale date is scheduled.
  • Step six-We advertise the upcoming sale dates online via our website and social media.
  • Step seven-We tap into our extensive database of customers and announce the upcoming sale dates. 
  • Step eight-We execute the sale.
  • Step nine-After the sale, we donate any remaining items to charity.
  • Step ten-You receive payment within 48 hours of completion of the sale.


We are locally owned and operated. Hiring Treasure Mountain Estate Sales for your estate sale ensures that the process is handled professionally and efficiently. Our experienced team will handle all aspects of the sale, from organizing and pricing items to advertising and managing the sale. We also provide cleanup services after the sale.


The time it takes to organize an estate sale depends on the size and complexity of the estate. However, Treasure Mountain Estate Sales can typically organize and conduct a sale within 2-4 weeks of initial contact.


There's never an upfront cost! The commissions we receive are a percentage of the sales amount after the sale is completed. Our free consultation helps our clients understand the cost included in our commission rate. We do all of the heavy lifting, from staging the home, researching items to ensure you are receiving fair market value, pricing, advertising the sale, and executing the sale. You will find all of the terms and conditions of the sale in our contract.
